There is a huge commitment involved in taking up the piano.

The Pupil
You will need to decide whether you really want to have piano lessons and if you have enough time to commit to practising each day.

To the Parent
There are a lot of commitments involved for you to consider before having your child start piano lessons.

Do you have a piano for them to practise on at home?
Do you have enough time to bring your child to their lesson at the same time each week?
Are you able to commit to the financial costs involved such as paying for weekly lessons and for books etc?
Do you have enough time to encourage them in their practise and to listen to them play?
